HRS Project Steering Committee

The HRS Project Steering Committee collectively decides major project objectives, schedules, and priorities. The HRS Steering Committee is responsible for the overall success of the project effort, and for ensuring that the project effort meets the business requirements for the University of Wisconsin System in the areas of functionality, cost, schedule, and quality. Issues escalated by HRS Project Management are presented to the Steering Committee when the issue impacts the project budget, timeline, or institutional policy. Issues having an impact on more than one department or organizational unit may also be presented to the Steering Committee for resolution.

HRS Project Decision Council

The HRS Project Decision Council was intentionally created by the HRS Project Management Office and sanctioned by the Steering Committee and the Service Center Executive Committee for the sole pruprose of facilitating decision making on the HRS Project. The HRS Project Decision Council consists of members and ex-officio members of the HRS Project Steering Committee.
