Project Management
The Project Management Office includes University of Wisconsin staff, tasked with following the project management bets practices. The Project Office ensures that all relevant reports are made to the Executive Sponsors, the Project Steering Committee, the UW System Service Center Executive Committee, and any other UW system group as appropriate. Within the Project Management Office are the UW System IT Project Director and HRS Project Manager.
UW System IT Project Director – Lorie Docken
The UW System IT Project Director is responsible for directing the strategic aspects of the project implementation, ensuring integration, coordination, and consistency throughout the project. The Project Director maintains awareness of the external environment and facilitates public relations in support of the project.HRS Project Manager – Elise Barho
The HRS Project Manager is responsible for project coordination and communication while staying within the parameters of the budget and timetable. The Project Manager leads and manages University activities on the project. This individual is the primary point of contact for the project team members (staff and consultant), and is responsible for resolving internal issues within the agreed-upon timeframes.
