Executive Sponsors
The HRS Project Executive Sponsors have the authority to resolve project management issues, assign resources, and recommend or approve project expenditures and plans. The senior executives are the driving force behind the project and have a unique ability to identify issues that need to be considered from a University-wide point of view.
